Leadership Grundy 

The mission of Leadership Grundy is to identify, educate, and motivate participants to develop their leadership skills in order to improve the quality of life and enhance the future growth of Grundy County.

The Purpose of Leadership Grundy is to:

• To identify community leaders and assist their development and training for Community Leadership roles in Grundy County. 
• To provide these leaders with a practical and educated understating of the problems and opportunities facing Grundy County.
• To facilitate access between leaders in business, government, and community.
• To create a communications network among people fo diverse backgrounds and interests from all areas of Grundy County
• To create opportunities for person of demonstrated commitment to the community to meet and share experience and ideas.
• To encourage increased responsibility and commitment to participants local communities, and to the larger community of Grundy County.
• To provide participants a comprehensive understanding of the “workings” of local governmental offices and the judicial system.
